Chasing Thompson are England's Aaron Rai and American Eric Cole, who are both at 19-under. A host of top talents lurk not too far back as well, with five players within four shots of the lead. The purse money extends deep into the standings, offering compensation to over 80 made cuts. Outside of the winner's share, second place takes home $872,000. Third receives $552,000 while those finishing in positions four through ten all pocket over $200,000.
