Observations from Bryson DeChambeau and John Daly's "Break 50" YouTube Video

Golf gossip fam, I've got some piping hot tea from Bryson DeChambeau's newest Break 50 video. You'll never believe who joined Bryson this time - none other than legendary loose cannon John Daly!

And in the first minute of the video, Big John spilled the beans on how his crazy looping swing came to be. Turns out even at 4 years old, Daly was too strong to handle his dad's clubs. When trying to hit a 4-iron, little Johnny said "that thang just fell."

It gets better - after shanking it into his eye, the mad lad decided that's how your downswing should look! Truly the birth of genius.

Naturally, Bryson had to try recreating the move. And naturally, our science boy promptly skulls one. You'll just have to watch Daly's hysterics to believe it.

I can already tell this drunk golf double date is gonna be must-see TV. Tune in to see if these mad lads can break 50 together. My money's on it devolving into chaos - and I'm here for every sloshy second.

‘Get fitted with your grip, not your clubs’

On the range before their big Break 50 battle, Bryson and Big John got to talking equipment.

And apparently my two favorite weirdos are bonded by more than just vodka sodas - they're both fans of a good old fashioned FAT GRIP. When Bryson flashed his mitts, Daly recognized a fellow meat-hand right away.

Then things got really interesting. Daly launched into a surprisingly insightful lesson on the importance of grip fitting over club fitting. He says if you have a gap between your hands when you swing, you ain't in control!

Both legends agree the bigger the better when it comes to your grip. Who knew these party animals would be preaching grip game? Consider me inspired to schedule my own grippy girl appointment ASAP.

‘Comfort and control’

You know what they say - when in Rome or Old Hickory, I suppose. Our intrepid reporter spotted an interesting fashion choice made by Bryson on the 18th tee box.

That's right, folks - science boy shed his shoes and joined barefoot legend Daly in walking the planks like real golf pirates do. But why ditch the Nikes?

Big John kept it real as always, saying it gives him that sweet, sweet balance. Our usually buttoned-up Bryson was even feeling the bare vibes. Turns out free feet free flow, who knew?!

Daly drove the barefoot benefits home, saying within 120 yards he's especially in his element. Maybe Bryson found enlightenment on the links too - will be going au natural from now on?!

‘I was going to be the No. 1 putter on the PGA Tour’

While chatting on 11, Big John spilled the beans on his purest of pure stroking days. Turns out in '04, he had those greens reading like Rain Man.

Our boy was so tired of hitting but missing, he committed fully to the practice green. And boi did it pay - John was this close to putting King status.

Bryson was feeling the vibrations, saying putting was his kryptonite too. These guys have more in common than mad style!

A special moment when Daly threw some dap Bryson's way - "You’re a major winner, baby. Just like me." Name a more iconic duo, I'll wait!

‘It’s the worst thing in life. Look at me’

Our beloved science boy Bryson was getting in his head a bit - twice trying to map out their magical 50 plan.

But veteran vibes victor Daly wasn't having it. After hole 1 he laid down the law: "No, no, we’re going to play [hole] 2."

And on 7 his advice struck even deeper. "Don’t ever get ahead of yourself. It’s the worst thing in life. Look at me." he chuckled.

Preach it John! While Bryson's all calculations, Daly knows true greatness is feeling the flow. Maybe science could learn a thing or two from this golf guru.

Glad Big John kept them anchored in the present. Who knows what dizzying disasters awaited if they lost focus! Consider this a locker room lesson in letting it happen organically.

‘How many Good Boys are you deep today?’

While following the round, one of Bryson's crew had to ask the big question: "How many Good Boys are you deep today?"

And he drops the biggest bombshell - "Oh, I started drinking at 9 this morning," Daly said. “Um, might be the 20th.

“I’ve slowed down. I’ve slowed down a little bit. Because this is an important day — I’m with my son, and we are going to break 50.”

But here's the real twist - Daly said he'd actually slowed down for the occasion! Under the hood of his cart, a whole cache of 25 vodkas was on deck.

Mad respect for John pacing himself with only a 30-pack in the stash. Guess breaking 50 with Bryson was important biz.

These kooky kings really know how to party in style. If they can cut loose AND cut strokes, consider me inspired to day-drink my way around the course too!

The score

The moment of truth is finally here, golf gossips - did Bryson and Daly really do the damn thing?!

As much as I'm dying to spill, I'll be keeping schtum on the final scoreline. You'll have to click that link yourselves to see if these mad lads broke 50 or blew it.

All I'll say is for a video dropping at noon, Bryson's channel was lit - over 700k views by 7pm?! These boys really know how to deliver the views.

People clearly couldn't get enough of watching these kooky kings let loose. And why wouldn't they - the epic insta stories, top secret scoring intel, wasted Bryson...GOLF HAS NEVER BEEN SO LIT FAM

So do yourself a favor - smash that play button ASAP. You won't be able to handle the fireworks if you miss out!

Then came screaming back to dish on who reigned supreme. This golfer gossip is too hot to keep to myself for long.
