2024 U.S. Open Round 2 Tee times Announced

The USGA has released the official tee times for Round 2 of the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club in North Carolina. Play will get underway early on Friday morning as the world's best golfers battle to make the cut line at the famed No. 2 course.

Defending champion Jordan Spieth will tee off in one of the marquee groups on Friday. Spieth will go off the 10th tee at 7:51am alongside Jon Rahm and Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama. That trio will look to contend on Day 2 following solid opening rounds.

Another featured grouping includes reigning PGA champion Rory McIlroy, who will play alongside FedEx Cup champion Xander Schauffele and world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. That star-studded group is scheduled at 7:29 am tee time.

Tiger Woods will again draw plenty of attention as he looks to make the cut in just his third PGA Tour start of 2023. Woods will hit the first shot of the 1:14pm wave alongside reigning US Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick and red-hot Will Zalatoris.

Notable afternoon tee times on Friday include Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas and Collin Morikawa going off the 1st tee at 1:25pm. While big-hitting Dustin Johnson will play the early part of his round alongside Tony Finau and Ludvig Aberg starting from the 10th at 1:36pm.

Fans can watch Round 2 action beginning at 1pm Eastern on NBC, or stream coverage on Peacock, USOpen.com and the U.S. Open app. With the strong field jockeying for position, another exciting day of major championship golf is in store from Pinehurst
