My friends, you will not believe the scene I witnessed unfold at Old Hickory Country Club yesterday. Bryson DeChambeau finally managed to rope John Daly into giving his 'Break 50' challenge a try, hitting bombs from the tips to see if they could break 50 strokes playing a competitive round. While the numbers weren't there in the end, Daly brought the good good times as always.

I trailed behind the duo in my trusty cart, sipping an iced coffee and eating up the banter. But nothing could have prepared me for the surprise Daly had stashed underneath the hood of his pimped out golf cart. With the Cowboys logo plastered on the front, you'd expect to find something typical like ball markers or tees. But no, upon arriving at the turn this man lifts the entire hood to reveal a massive, BEER-FILLED COOLER.

We're talking cases and cases of Daly's famous Good Boy elixir, packed in ice and ready to roll. He told me he downed at least 20 over the course of the round! Where he was putting them, I have no idea. But the man knows how to party, even on the course. Of course the fizzbuds couldn't break 50 playing from the tips, but you better believe the drinks were frosty.

When I asked Daly if he thought his setup would go viral, he said "these kids love a good time. They'll get a kick out of it for sure." I'd say he called it! This cooler coup is all anyone's talking about from their episode. Only JD could pull off something so ridiculous yet so brilliant. You'll never catch me without a beer fridge on wheels now! Until next time, golf gossip lovers. Xx
