You guys aren't going to believe this, but World No.1 Scottie Scheffler is about to become $8 Million dollars richer and he doesn't even have to tee it up at the Wyndham Championship! Our reigning Masters champ has locked up the coveted "Comcast Top 10" regular season points title for the second time in three years.
As we all saw, Scheffler had an absolutely ridiculous season with six wins, including multiple big signature events. His point total is basically untouchable at this point - he's got a nearly 2,000 point lead on Xander and over 3,500 on Rory! Even if Xander won the whole shebang this week, Scheffler's massive points haul means he's taking home that fat $8 mil check.

Not a bad payday for our man Scheffler just kicking back and relaxing these next few days! With how much dough he's racked up already this year between wins and bonuses, he might even treat himself to a nice vacation. At this rate, Scheffler is well on his way to smashing the single-season money title he set last year.
