Spider-Man Tom Holland Swings For Par at European Golf Tournament

Spider-Man Tom Holland Swings For Par at European Golf Tournament

Friends, it seems our favorite web-slinger has been spending his time off from fighting bad guys perfecting his golf game! Tom Holland was spotted this week teeing it up at the BMW PGA Championship Celebrity Pro-Am in England.

According to eyewitnesses, the actor looked right at home on the links, firing off drives and confidently stroking putts. It's clear Holland has been sneaking in 9-hole sessions between Spider-Man filming if his swing is anything to judge by. Our sources say he even stuck a few approach shots close enough to hear cheering from the clubhouse.

Sadly, girlfriend and co-star Zendaya was a no-show, so no chance for any Instagrammable moments between the Hollywood power couple. But fear not, Holland made sure to sign plenty of autographs for fans sending him spider-signals from the sidelines.

One celeb who seemed blissfully unaware of Holland's movie star status? None other than golf beast Rory McIlroy. Reports say the actor had to introduce himself to the oblivious pro after their round. Maybe Rory's been too busy racking up major wins to catch the latest Marvel blockbuster!

While the tournament outcome isn't known yet, something tells me even if Holland ended with a high score, he still walked away a winner. As he told PEOPLE—golf is the perfect way for this rising star to celebrate career milestones, whether he three-putts or not! Looks like Spider-Man has found a new hobby to balance out all that web-slinging.
